TAS is seeking a Practice Manager – Cloud Platforms who is passionate about people, operations and technology with a desire to work with the fastest growing cloud platforms and exceed customer expectations.

The focus of the role is ownership of all TAS service offerings that form part of the Cloud Platforms practice and manage the team responsible for full lifecycle management of these solutions. This includes responsibility for the day-to-day management, leadership, development, coaching and engagement of highly skilled and deeply technical support engineers who are focused on exceeding customer expectations.

Additional key responsibilities are:

  • TAS Azure Platform on which all workloads are deployed;
  • Migrate all x86 workloads to the Azure cloud which is is pivotal to the future of TAS’s managed services.
  • Financial management of the Cloud Platforms practice
  • Lead and continually improve engagement of staff

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience within a Managed Services organisation or equivalent
  • Demonstrable financial management experience
  • Demonstrable cloud technology experience working with cloud infrastructure teams, Citrix, M365 and Windows platforms
  • Superior key stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot and navigate through complexity to resolve problems with a solution focussed drive.
  • Permanent unrestricted working rights in Australia.
