Shane has 20 years’ experience in technology spanning a range of businesses covering hosting, managed services, enterprise software and professional services, with a major focus on the financial services sector.
Prior to his career in technology, Shane held senior roles in the financial services sector with companies such as Holden National Leasing and Western Union. In his various roles, Shane has gained experience working internationally, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.
Shane is forward thinking and strategically minded and likes to drive business growth through strong vision, strategy and execution. Shane has a thirst for practical knowledge and has been a member of the CEO Institute since 2012, achieving his Certified CEO accreditation. He is passionate about his role at TAS, the strong team he leads and his dynamic board, who are all leaders in the financial services and technology industry. Shane is also passionate about the technology industry and the rapid change it is undertaking and the opportunities and possibilities this creates for TAS and its customers.
Patrick brings to TAS extensive leadership and management experience, and a wealth of technical expertise having worked in managed and professional services, and cloud services for over 20 years.
Prior to joining TAS, Patrick held senior positions in companies including Insight and Data#3. With deep domain experience in managed and professional services, he has very successfully developed, implemented and grown businesses from the front over the last two decades. He will help expand the TAS client base to other industries seeking similar standards, as well as our portfolio of solutions.
Tony manages a broad portfolio of responsibilities across the company’s business operations including finance, governance, risk and compliance with associated administrative functions.
He also spearheads the client contract renewal negotiations and manages TAS’s strategic partnerships with our key service providers.
With over 10 years of extensive leadership and technical experience, John brings to the Chief Operating Officer role an impressive track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
In his time at TAS, John has restructured the TAS delivery organisation to ready the business for cloud-based service delivery, and introduced the Service Offering Framework to provide consistency around service inclusions, exclusions and responsibilities to TAS clients. As COO, he is dually responsible for ensuring that our clients core platforms are available and secure, as well as leading the transformation of TAS as a service provider.
Juliet partners with senior leadership teams to identify and execute their people and culture roadmap in order to achieve their business strategy.
Juliet has extensive experience across the Fintech and Professional Services industries across the Asia Pacific region.
Frank is the General Manager of Experteq, recently acquired by TAS, and was responsible for founding and building the company over the last 12 years.
Frank is a highly experienced technology and IT specialist and entrepreneur, having built several successful start-up tech businesses – Experteq being one of them. As a analytical thinker and problem solver, Frank has tapped into enterprise technology to solve critical business challenges.
Experteq delivers Modern Workplace solutions that allow people to work anywhere, on any device, enabling the merger of lifestyle with workstyle. Frank will continue to drive the Experteq business as part of TAS’ evolving group structure.
Frank’s speciality is building consulting teams that assist Enterprises to address complex business requirements. He is an expert in emerging industry technology trends and is often approached for commentary by the media.
